Official Madrid taxis charge a fixed flat rate to anywhere inside the M-30 ring, which covers the whole center including the venue. Luggage included, no surprises. The easiest option after a long flight.
Uber, Cabify, and Bolt all operate in Madrid. Pickup is from the car-park area rather than the taxi rank. Roughly the same as a taxi, sometimes cheaper off-peak.
The pink Line 8 runs from all terminals to Nuevos Ministerios, where you transfer toward Sol. Cheapest fast option, but expect a connection and some walking with bags.
The suburban train runs from Terminal 4 to Atocha and Chamartín. The cheapest route in, best if you land at T4 and are traveling light.
The Area
The venue sits in the most walkable part of Madrid, between Puerta del Sol and the old literary quarter. You're surrounded by tapas bars, terraces, and late dinners, which is exactly where the conversations continue after sessions wrap. The Prado and Retiro Park are a short walk east. It's safe, central, and made for the kind of hallway-and-dinner networking this event runs on.
